The place was quiet, no reason to complain, can just recommend. As for me, rooms were reasonably large and elegant with a comfortable bed, they offered wake-up service. The location was ideal - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Lungomare Caracciolo district was worth exploring.

The hotel's palazzo style and traditional decor transported me back in time, evoking a sense of elegance and grandeur. The common areas, like the quiet reading room with comfortable sofas, provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere to relax and unwind. As a senior, I was grateful for the hotel's accessibility, with easy-to-navigate corridors and elevators that made it convenient to move around the premises.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. A little extra support and guidance, especially for senior travelers like myself, would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Very friendly staff in a great location. Only one block from Castel dell'Ovo on Via Partenope, close to shopping, great restaurants, and all Naples has to offer. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Naples.

Some of the staff a little distant.

There was no concept of service. The quality of breakfast was also disappointing. Not only that, our room was very noisy because it was on the big streetside where there was heavy traffic.

Great location! This place is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and is close to both downtown and the seaside. It's also conveniently near the ferry terminal for island-hopping adventures ⛴️.

I stayed at Luna Caprese for a total of 4 nights with my boyfriend and his mother. We had booked two rooms and both were incredibly spacious, clean and very elegant. The b&b is located on the 4th floor of a historic building and exudes southern Italian charm and class. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood near the high end shops as well as the Riviera di Chiaia, 1 min from the Lungo Mare. Arnando, the owner, was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful to us in every respect, and very flexible to our needs. This was one of the best b&b experiences I have had and I have absolutely no doubt that I will go nowehere else when I am in Naples.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Naples for a few days. The staff, especially the manager, was incredibly helpful and informative. They even provided me with an umbrella during a storm! The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. I also loved the small bottles of cool Prosecco available in the vending machine. a great accommodation choice in Naples!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel's location, just a few steps away from the beautiful seaside and with fine views of a famous volcano. The cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces was excellent, and the hotel facilities had everything we needed, including a nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff members were helpful and friendly, providing us with useful transportation information and recommendations about the local area.
Nothing to complain about, it was perfect.
